- How long will it take to produce my custom glass?
It will take approximately 3-7 days business days. For specialty orders contact us for lead time.
- Do I need to pick up my order at the showroom or you deliver?
Most customers prefer to pick up their orders at the showroom. If you prefer to have it delivered we are able deliver or have it shipped.
- Can I order the custom glass online?
Currently we are not able to accept orders online. We are able to provide free quotes based on your custom glass specifications by email, fax and phone.
- Can I email you an image of my project or design?
Yes, by receiving an image of your design we will be in better position to assist you in the design and custom cutting process.
- Can I order larger sizes than what's currently provided?
If your size is not listed as one of the options ...just add the dimensions in the appropriate field in the free quotes page and provide us with specifics regarding the use and or purpose of your custom glass design.
- Are you able to add a beveled edge to my Custom Glass order?
Yes are able to bevel your custom cut glass. Please provide us the bevel size 1/2" - 1 1/14".
